We begin with a thorough process survey and P&ID review to define the control philosophy, I/O schedule, and equipment specification before a single line of code is written.

Programme & Factory Test
PLC logic and SCADA graphics are developed, reviewed against the functional design spec, and validated in a full Factory Acceptance Test before leaving our workshop.

Commission & Handover
Our engineers commission the system loop by loop on site, conduct the SAT with your team, and hand over complete as-built documentation and operator training.
